Contrasting views, Lewes Completion: 2016
Relocating the kitchen in this 1930’s shepherd’s cottage unlocked the awkward layout of the house: it allowed the creation of a large day room at the front and made room for a cosy family snug tucked at the back. The new interconnecting spaces provide a variety of views, ranging from open and expansive towards the Sussex Downs on the south side, to close and intimate towards lush greenery on the north side.
